Dr. Lawes is a senior lecturer in the Anatomy section of the Basic Medical Sciences Department, St. George's Hospital Medical School, at the University of London. He has been a senior lecturer in neuroscience in the Physiotherapy Department at the University of East London; a lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Science at Sheffield University; a clinical scientist with the Medical Research Council Hearing & Balance Unit at the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square, London; and a junior hospital doctor with various clinical appointments in Leeds, Exeter and London. His current research interest is diffusion tensor imaging to map white matter pathways in the living human brain. |
