Libby Swain BAppSc.(PT), MA, IBITA Instructor; graduated with a BAppSc(PT) in Melbourne, Australia 1985, attained her MA in motor learning from Columbia University NY in 1988, and qualified as an IBITA Bobath Instructor in 2002. Libby owns and operates a private neurological physiotherapy practice in Vancouver, is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia, and has 13 years experience as the Neurosciences Clinical Practice Leader at Vancouver General Hospital. She has instructed undergraduate physiotherapy courses at UBC, continuing education courses on contemporary neurorehabiltiation, and co-instructed numerous courses pertaining to the Bobath Concept in Canada and the UK. |
