Registration:
Applications are received on a first come first served basis and course places will be reserved when accompanied with a current dated cheque. Course application fees will be deposited on receipt of your application in order to reserve your course place. BASIC COURSE: a $700 deposit is due with your registration and the remainder is due 1 month before the course starts.

  Cancellation:
For cancellation prior to the deadline a $50.00 processing fee will be charged. For cancellation after the deadline no refund will be provided unless the space can be filled from the wait-list at which time a $100.00 processing fee will be charged. In the event that CBIA cancels the course for any reason full refunds will be provided.

  Certificates:
2 OR 3 DAY COURSE: A certificate cannot be issued if non-attendance to the course is > than 2 hours. ADVANCED COURSE: A certificate cannot be issued if non-attendance to the course is > than 2 hours. Also, successful completion and submission of a self directed case report is also required. BASIC COURSE: A certificate cannot be issued if non-attendance to the course is > than 1 day. Also, successful completion and submission of a self directed case report is also required.

  Insurance:
Given the practical nature of the course we encourage all participants to have current liability insurance coverage. Out of province participants must fax proof of temporary registration in relevant province within one week of course
